From the ferry port at Mallaig the route "from" the isles then heads south around the beautiful white sands of Morar and on to Arisaig. This wonderful part of Scotland is set off with the islands of Rum and Eigg that lie not far offshore.

Leaving the shores of Arisaig and then heading into more remote lands of Moidart. The path follows the road around the south of Loch Ailort and before climbing up to the belach just beyond Glenuig and then back down into Kinlochmoidart.
